Thrive Nutrition wanted a loyalty program that mirrored its emphasis on healthy choices and vibrant energy. They needed a solution that was easy to use for both customers and staff, encouraging quick adoption and continued participation.

Loyalty Program Works
Thrive Nutrition offers customers two easy ways to earn stamps and unlock rewards in their loyalty program:
Purchase Any 2 Items: Customers earn one stamp for every purchase of two or more eligible items. These include smoothies, boosted energy drinks, aloe shots, bowls, or 6-packs of protein balls. After collecting ten stamps, customers receive a $13.50 credit towards their next purchase.
Mega Teas: Customers earn one stamp for every Mega Tea purchased. After collecting fifteen stamps, their next Mega Tea is on the house!
Thrive Nutrition utilizes OneStamps to make earning stamps even easier, especially for on-the-go purchases. OneStamps eliminates the need for in-store QR codes. Customers simply find a unique QR sticker on their Mega Tea takeaway cup and scan it using the Stamp Me app's camera. OneStamps provides enhanced security with single-use, expiring codes to protect against misuse.
This method allows customers to scan the code whenever it's convenient for them, ensuring a streamlined and secure loyalty experience.

Special Features
Thrive Nutrition celebrates birthdays with a special treat! Members of the Birthday Club receive a warm "Happy Birthday!" message and a fantastic reward: a FREE shake of their choice. This personalized touch shows customers how much Thrive Nutrition appreciates them and makes their birthdays even more enjoyable.
The Birthday Club also encourages customers to visit on their special day, adding a delightful incentive.

How Rewards are Redeemed
Once customers reach their stamp goals, they'll automatically receive their reward voucher in the Rewards area of the Stamp Me app which can be claimed when they’re next in-store.
Within the rewards section, they select ‘Redeem Now’, which generates a unique, animated, and time-stamped voucher. This voucher is presented to a Thrive Nutrition staff member, who will then apply the earned reward to the purchase.
Rewards can be redeemed on a wide range of Thrive Nutrition products, offering customers flexibility in how they enjoy their benefits.
