Background

Slim Possible, a Rhode Island nutrition hotspot, was born from a shared passion for health and wellness in 2012. Alison Palladino, a former educator transformed her love for health and wellness into her own business venture by opening a nutrition club. Slim Possible quickly won over the Newport community with its healthy teas, shakes, and inviting atmosphere.

The Brief

Slim Possible was looking for ways to make their customers feel appreciated and decided to take their loyalty game to the next level with a digital solution from Stamp Me. They envisioned a program that would reward regulars and make the whole experience more fun and engaging for everyone.

How the

 Loyalty Program Works

Slim Possible's digital loyalty program offers two distinct stamp cards with a mix of interim and main rewards to complete the loyalty journey.

The Free Shake Card is designed for shake enthusiasts, rewarding customers with a stamp for every shake purchase. After collecting five stamps, customers receive a complimentary shake boost, adding a layer of flavor and nutrition to their favorite drink (excluding Prolessa Duo). The rewards don't stop there – ten stamps unlock a free shake of their choosing.

The Free Loaded Tea Card provides a similar path to satisfaction for tea lovers. Each loaded tea purchase earns a stamp, and after five stamps, customers are treated to a free tea boost, enhancing their drink with an extra dose of flavor and benefits. Reaching ten stamps on the Free Loaded Tea Card rewards customers with a free loaded tea, providing the perfect pick-me-up without any cost.

A time delay between stamping (of 120 seconds) is also set up for more control over in-person customer stamping. This can easily be adjusted in their Merchant Console at any time. 

By including interim rewards in their loyalty program structure, Slim Possible encourages repeat visits and builds excitement and anticipation throughout the customer journey.

Promotion

Slim Possible employs the innovative Stamp Tag as their primary stamp method. This portable version of the traditional stamp pod utilizes tap-and-go technology, allowing staff to effortlessly issue stamps to customers on the spot. Staff members wear these secure tags on lanyards, making them readily available during customer interactions. 

To get a stamp, customers simply hit the "Stamp Me" button on their chosen stamp card in the app and then tap the back of their phone on the staff member's Stamp Tag. A quick buzz and ping confirm the stamp is added to their card.

To stay connected with customers and keep them informed, Slim Possible utilizes push notifications. These timely messages can include reminders about loyalty rewards, special promotions, and other relevant news, ensuring that customers are always in the loop and engaged with the brand.
