Why Have My Stamps Disappeared?
If you cannot see the stamps you have previously collected, please ensure you have logged in with the same email address that you have been using to collect stamps.
If you have recently created a new account with a different email address, the old stamps and/or rewards will not be applied to that account.
Please log back in with your original email address.
If you have recently earned a reward, you will also notice that your stamp tally will reset back to ‘0’.
Note: If you have forgotten your password, just press ‘forgot password?’ and a new one will be emailed to you.
