Once you have downloaded the Stamp Me App and created an account, there are multiple ways you can join a loyalty program Stamp Card:
Search via Explore New Offers
- Suitable for physical stores only
Uses your phone’s GPS location services to bring up programs within a 100km radius to your current location.
Instructions:
Open Stamp Me App > ‘+’ icon > select Explore New Offers > search business name or scroll through the list > select the business/card you want to join > select join
Stamp card has been added.
2. Scan or enter a code
- Suitable for all business types
A QR code or alphanumeric code may be provided by the business, either displayed on in-store marketing materials, or digitally such as a website or on social media. Must be scanned or entered in-app to join.
Instructions:
Open Stamp Me > ‘+’ icon > select scan or enter code > scan code via camera pop-up OR type in provided code
Stamp card has been added.
3. Ask an admin to join you
- Suitable for all business types
The business may have access to a back-end console where they can join members to their Stamp Cards.
If you have already downloaded Stamp Me, you can ask the business to join you through their Merchant Console, if you provide your email, phone number and name.
4. Collect a stamp (if you qualify)
- Suitable for physical stores only
If you qualify to collect a stamp, you can also scan the businesses Stamp Code, which will give you a stamp AND join you to their card, so you can use it again in the future.
Essentially you do not need to join first, before collecting a stamp, a Stamp Code is dual action.
Instructions:
Open Stamp Me > ‘+’ icon > select scan or enter code > scan code via camera pop-up
Stamp card has been added.
