Why Can’t I Collect Stamps?

If you are having trouble collecting a stamp, please follow the below troubleshooting instructions:

1. Ensure Bluetooth/NFC is switched on

NFC/Bluetooth is required in order to collect a stamp using the Stamp Mate Device.

If you have an Apple device, please ensure your Bluetooth is switched on.

If you have an Android device, please ensure your NFC switched on.

If your phone does not have either of these, you will need to collect your stamp by scanning a code instead.

2. Ensure you have a network connection

You need to be connected to 3G, 4G, 5G or Wi-Fi to collect a stamp.

3. Back of your phone needs to touch the Stamp Mate Device

If you are collecting a stamp via a Stamp Mate Device, the back of your phone may need to be in contact with it for a few seconds to register.

A few seconds after pressing ‘Stamp Me’, you will be presented with a visual guide to assist with where to place your phone.
