How Do I Track A Customer’s Stamp and Redemption Activity?

Admins are able to monitor and export stamp and redemption activity for certain time periods via the ‘dashboard’ overview page on the Merchant Dashboard. Data updates every 15 minutes.

You can also export general customer data from the ‘customers’ section.

How to check a customers stamp or reward activity:

Log in to the Merchant Dashboard with your username and password provided to you in your activation email (Pro and Elite plan holders only).


Select ‘Dashboard’ under the activity tab on the left menu sidebar.


Select the desired time period from the top far right button (eg, ‘This Year’). Please note: Default is ‘Last Week’)


Choose the number of records to display on the screen from the top of the Stamps Activity table. Navigate between pages at the bottom right.


All data is shown for the period selected. To search for specific user, search using their name, phone number or email address and hit enter.


To export the data, press ‘print’ to the right hand side of the table, copy all data and paste it.
