Why Have My Customer’s Rewards/Stamps Disappeared?

If a customer cannot see their stamps or rewards they have previously earned, they need to ensure they are logged into the Stamp Me app with the correct email address.

If they have recently created a new account with a different email address, the old stamps and/or rewards will not be applied to that account.

The customer needs to log back in with the original email address.

A customer will also notice that their stamp tally will reset back to ‘0’ once that offer reward has been reached.
