How Do Customers Redeem Rewards In-Store?
Once a customer has triggered their reward, if they transact with your business in person, here’s how they claim their reward:
How customers claim a physical reward:
Customers find the relevant reward in their list of ‘rewards’ in the Stamp Me app and select it.
They confirm they are ready to claim by pressing ‘redeem’ on the pop-up safety message.
They present the animated time and date stamped voucher on their device screen to staff at checkout.
The merchant gives the customer their reward.
The reward times out after 3 minutes or disappears after pressing ‘complete’. The customers stamp tally resets back to ‘0’.
