My Phone Is Lost/Stolen, Is My Account Safe?

If your mobile device that has the Stamp Me app on has been lost or stolen and you are worried that your Stamp Me app may be compromised, you have two options:

1. Log in on another device

If you download and log in to your Stamp Me account on another device, this will automatically log you out of your old device.

2. Contact us

We can log you out of your Stamp Me account on your behalf – just send us an email.
