Can I Set Up The Loyalty Program Over Multiple Locations?
The great thing about Stamp Me is that the program can be set up for multiple locations. It’s ideal for global or national multi-store franchises, for example.
What's the difference between a shared and unique offer?
Customers can only collect stamps and redeem rewards at the same location.
Joe goes into store 1 and with his purchase, earns a stamp against offer 1 – a free coffee on his 5th purchase.
The next day, he goes to the same store in another town, store 2. He cannot collect a stamp on offer 1 for his free coffee as store 2 has a different, individual offer set up – offer 2.
To collect stamps in store 2, he would have to join offer 2, which is free cake on his 5th purchase, and start collecting stamps against that offer instead.
Joe has had to join two offers in two locations and it will take him longer to earn a reward than his friend Josephine (shared offer).
Customers can collect stamps and redeem rewards at any participating location.
Josephine goes into store 1 and with her purchase, earns a stamp against offer 1 – a free coffee on her 5th purchase.
The next day, she goes to the same store in another town, store 2. She can collect a stamp on offer 1, even though she is at another location.
Josephine has only had to join one offer for two locations and can earn rewards quicker than her friend Joe (individual offer).
The Stamp Me Pro and Elite plans cover multiple locations as part of the standard package. A Pro plan allows up to two locations, whereas an Elite program allows up to six.
