I’ve Forgotten Or Want To Change My Password, How Do I Reset It?
These things happen. If you want to change the password for your Stamp Me account, there are two ways to do it:
1. ‘Forgotten password’ button
Once you open the Stamp Me app, you will be asked to enter your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten what this is, just select ‘forgotten password?’.
Confirm your email address when prompted and you’ll be emailed a new temporary password.
Don’t see an email? Depending on your network connection, the email may take a few minutes to come through. Also check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ inbox.
1 - Press 'forgot password?'
2 - Enter email and press 'reset password'
2. In the app settings
Once you are logged into the Stamp Me app, you can change your password from the settings page:
Select top right user/profile icon > top right red settings icon > ‘change password’ > enter your new password > select ‘change password’ > success!
If you’re worried that your Stamp Me account may be compromised for whatever reason, you should change your password immediately.
