How Do I Track A Customer’s Stamp Activity?
Admins with Merchant Dashboard access are able to track a specific user’s stamp and reward activity.
How to check a customers stamp or reward activity:
Log in to the Merchant Dashboard with your username and password provided to you in your welcome email (Pro and Elite plan holders only).
1.
Select ‘dashboard’ under the activity tab on the left menu sidebar.
2.
Select the desired time period from the top far right button (‘all time’).
3.
Choose the number of records to display at the top of the Stamps Activity table.
4.
Search for the user using their name, phone number or email address and hit enter.
5.
If you want, you can download the report by selecting the ‘save’ button at the top right of the Stamp Activity table. Make sure you turn Flash Player on.
