How Do I Remove A Customer’s Stamp(s)?
In order to delete or remove stamps from a customer’s account, you will need to contact us. Please provide the customer’s name, along with the venue/business name where the stamp was claimed.
If you would like to remove a customer’s reward, you can do this yourself in the Merchant Dashboard if you have a Pro or Elite plan with dashboard access.
