How Are Rewards Issued?
The loyalty reward is triggered after a customer achieves the number of stamps you specified when setting up your offer.
Here’s how it works in the app:

1 – Reward(s) are automatically triggered after the customer achieves the required stamps. For example, you may wish to offer a reward after 10 stamps have been collected.

2 – The reward shows under the customers ‘Rewards’ list. A red circle icon also shows up on the gift icon, reminding the customer of the reward.
You can also give your reward an expiry date.

3 – Customers typically redeem their rewards either by showing an on-screen reward voucher to your staff (in-person) or by applying a discount (online store). There is also the ability to issue digital gift cards to your customers via email.
