How Are Rewards Issued?
Here’s how it works in the app:
1 – Reward(s) are automatically triggered after the customer achieves the required stamps. For example, you may wish to offer a reward after 10 stamps have been collected.
A green pop-up message notifies and congratulates the customer/
2 – The reward shows under the customers ‘Rewards’ list. A red circle icon also shows up on the gift icon, reminding the customer of the reward.
You can also give your reward an expiry date.
3 – Customers typically redeem their rewards either by showing an on-screen reward voucher to your staff (in-person) or by applying a discount (online store). There is also the ability to issue rewards such as discount codes or vouchers to your customers via email, without generating an in-app voucher.
