Why Can’t I Download Customer Data? (Flash Player Troubleshooting)
If you see blank drop-down options when you are trying to download customer data on the Merchant Dashboard, this means that your Adobe flash Player has been blocked.
To fix this, go to your browser and click on this icon located on the right-hand side of the address bar (1):
Press ‘manage’ (2). This will take you to your computer settings where you can unblock Flash Player. You may need to turn on ‘ask first’.
Upon returning to the Merchant Dashboard page, a pop-up will ask to allow Flash Player. Select yes and you will now be able to see the downloadable icons.
