Do I Need Wi-Fi To Set Up And Use Stamp Me?

No, a merchant does not necessarily need an internet connection to use Stamp Me in a physical store or location. Stamp validation methods via the Stamp Mate™ Device or a QR code do not use the internet.

However, in order for app users to collect stamps and redeem rewards, customers will need to have data on their own smartphone – be it 3G, 4G, 5G or via a personal hotspot.

You will also need to have internet access to login to your Merchant Dashboard, which is a web-based admin dashboard.
