Loyalty User Privacy and GDPR changes

At Stamp Me Loyalty Solutions we want to give you the best possible experience to ensure you enjoy our service today, tomorrow and in the future. We have always been open and transparent as possible with our users about the personal data we collect to provide the service, how it is used and to whom it is shared.


Since the establishment of Stamp Me, we have always maintained that we would not share or sell your personal data to third parties for our gain. In our industry, this principle was uncommon, but we felt it was important for us to build that trust.


We have always strived to provide the user with clear and simple information about the personal data we collect and how we protect your personal data in our Privacy Policy.


We are pleased with the improvements to the rights of European residents with the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations (known as the ‘GDPR’), which come into effect on 25th May 2018. In accordance with these regulations, we have updated our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for all our users and partners. These take effect from 25 May 2018 and will be reflected in the policies listed on our websites.


Today we are simply announcing an update to the Privacy Policy which clarifies and provides additional enhancements including the right to access your data and the right to delete your personal data. We are extending these provisions to all our users throughout the world as we believe these are important rights.


The Stamp Me Loyalty application is updated from the 25th May 2018 to provide users with features in their settings to request some of these provisions. If you are an existing user, please update your application from the relevant app store.
