One of our goals at Stamp Me is to keep things simple, particularly for the busy small business owner. We’ve tried to reflect this in our loyalty application and user interface, resisting the temptation to keep adding features and ‘innovations’.
Our view is that a loyalty rewards program should be quick, easy to understand and simple to use.
This is also true when it comes to customer analytics and information dashboards. Whilst we obviously can cater for more complicated scenarios and specific client needs, we have a simple interface for our business customers to quickly view their statistics.
